The Oliver Group announces appointment of Jonathan Kessler to Manager, Data Acquisitions and Forensics

PAWCATUCK, CT —— July 15, 2007 —The Oliver Group, an internationally recognized leader in litigation and compliance support through forensics, data collections, culling and media restoration, announces the appointment of Jonathan Kessler to Manager, Data Acquisitions and Forensics.

Mr. Kessler joined The Oliver Group in 2006 as a Forensic Expert and provided oversight of the forensic collection and analysis of electronic data while acting as a team lead on several large scale international projects. In his new position, Kessler will lead the data acquisition and forensics professional services team at The Oliver Group. In this capacity, he will work closely with clients in developing and recommending best practice project management approaches that efficiently and cost effectively meet client requirements using defensible workflow and processes.

Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Kessler spent several years at an international computer forensics firm where he managed a staff of forensic investigation and data collection professionals. He is skilled in forensics utilities & hardware as well as a range of other technologies. Kessler is an accomplished Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has also trained formally in numerous forensic tools, including EnCase, Forensic Tool Kit (FTK), Paraben Products and various other tools and technologies.

Kessler maintains memberships and involvement in a variety of professional organizations including the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, High Tech Crime Consortium, Long Island InfraGard, The Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals, and New York/New Jersey Electronic Crimes Task Force.
