Chagnon was a key contributor to client and business growth at Ibis Consulting, a leading electronic discovery processing firm which was acquired by Pitney Bowes in 2006. Most recently, Chagnon served as Sales Director for Pitney Bowes Litigation and Document Services, managing the national sales team.
At The Oliver Group, Chagnon will be responsible for fostering existing and growing new client relationships as a National Sales Manager.

The Oliver Group announces addition to senior leadership team
PAWCATUCK, CT -- January 23, 2008 -The Oliver Group, an internationally recognized leader in litigation and compliance support, announces the addition of Bill Walsh to its executive team as Vice President, Sales.
An electronic discovery industry veteran, Mr. Walsh will lead all sales efforts for The Oliver Group while also serving on the senior leadership team. In this capacity, Walsh will focus on sales growth, new market opportunities, and expanding the breadth of service offerings for The Oliver Group. Walsh joined The Oliver Group in October 2007.

Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Walsh spent six years with Ibis Consulting, a top tier provider of electronic discovery services where he served as Vice President, Business Development. In that capacity, Walsh was responsible for building the sales infrastructure, processes, and team that drove rapid growth in market share and revenue leading to the acquisition of Ibis Consulting by Pitney Bowes, Inc. in 2006. Most recently, Walsh served as Vice President, Sales for Pitney Bowes Litigation and Document Services. Walsh's sales and marketing experience spans 18 years where he has successfully built organizations and driven results across various market sectors.

The Oliver Group announces promotion of Gaetano DeGiacomo to Production Operations Manager
PAWCATUCK, CT -- October 1, 2007 -The Oliver Group, an internationally recognized leader in litigation and compliance support, through data forensics, collections, culling and restoration announces the appointment of Gaetano DeGiacomo to Production Operations Manager.
Mr. DeGiacomo brings in-depth experience to his new role and will be a key member of The Oliver Group management team driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. DeGiacomo has been with The Oliver Group for seven years and has successfully managed hundreds of media restoration, data conversion and collections projects. His experience includes detailed knowledge of multiple operating system environments and a broad set of back up/restoration technologies across a range of hardware platforms. He is also experienced in the use of multiple forensic acquisition software tools. Most recently, he was a lead TOG consultant managing a complex, international data collection and electronic discovery processing matter for a global financial services firm.

The Oliver Group announces appointment of Jonathan Kessler to Manager, Data Acquisitions and Forensics
PAWCATUCK, CT -- July 15, 2007 -The Oliver Group, an internationally recognized leader in litigation and compliance support through forensics, data collections, culling and media restoration, announces the appointment of Jonathan Kessler to Manager, Data Acquisitions and Forensics.
Mr. Kessler joined The Oliver Group in 2006 as a Forensic Expert and provided oversight of the forensic collection and analysis of electronic data while acting as a team lead on several large scale international projects. In his new position, Kessler will lead the data acquisition and forensics professional services team at The Oliver Group. In this capacity, he will work closely with clients in developing and recommending best practice project management approaches that efficiently and cost effectively meet client requirements using defensible workflow and processes.

Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Kessler spent several years at an international computer forensics firm where he managed a staff of forensic investigation and data collection professionals. He is skilled in forensics utilities & hardware as well as a range of other technologies. Kessler is an accomplished Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and has also trained formally in numerous forensic tools, including EnCase, Forensic Tool Kit (FTK), Paraben Products and various other tools and technologies.
Kessler maintains memberships and involvement in a variety of professional organizations including the High Technology Crime Investigation Association, The International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, High Tech Crime Consortium, Long Island InfraGard, The Institute of Computer Forensic Professionals, and New York/New Jersey Electronic Crimes Task Force.
